"I ordered an All Meat pizza. I got an all beef. By mistake. All they will do is bring a new one. Nothing else. It would be another hour. 2 hours. Their mistake. I paid. And got a one topping pizza terrible customer service policies. I called the Elkart store. Talked to their manager. He said. They can remake it. Pick up the wrong one... Or They could have issued. A refund. Or a credit. I even asked if they kept phone numbers. For a credit. Oh. We don't do that. People make mistakes. Mistakes happen. That's what i was told. When I called back. About my wrong order.I asked to have the owner call me back.So. They break policy. On South Michigan Street.Photos show that is a one topping Beef pizza. She explained was the only other delivery the driver had."

I just had Saylor's for the first time in a long while, and it was fantastic! The food was incredible, and I will definitely be returning soon. The pizza was delicious, and the breadsticks were excellent too. If you appreciate great food, you should definitely try Saylor's!

So tonight is the last time I will order from here. The food is decent for the money but the prices are always different, I get the same thing every time I order. Tonight there was a mess up on one of my pizzas and when I called to have them remake it and customer service was very rude and took over an hour to get my replacement made right. I do not recommend them to anyone
