"We also ordered the Pad See Ew, which I requested without fish sauce. I added extra broccoli and stir-fried cashews, both with tofu. While both dishes were tasty, I felt the Pad See Ew lacked a bit of flavor, possibly because no alternative seasoning was used in place of the fish sauce.
The service was friendly and accommodating; they handled special requests with ease and professionalism. My only issues were inconsistent tofu quality on two out of three visits and once receiving white rice instead of brown. That said, I was confident all dishes were prepared vegan (I don’t use fish sauce myself). Overall, I felt comfortable dining here, enjoying delicious food in a pleasant setting.
