"I was in the mood for good quality sushi and found Daigo on Yelp. I remember visiting the SF location and remembered it was delicious so I wanted to give this newer location a try. We both had the Omakase with a couple of a la carte items. The 6 fishes that were served to us in the beginning of the Omakase weren't the best. They were mostly bland colored fishes that all tasted the same-rubbery and tasteless. But then it got better. The other items were fresh, buttery and amazing. The Toro and Uni were my favorites of the night. We also had the crispy tempura mushroom with truffled salt, hamachi shooters and monk fish. All were delicious! We also shared a black sesame cheesecake which wasn't the best. It had a pretty dense filling and nonexistent crust. Overall, I'll be back, but I would skip the dessert."

"Most of our party ordered the filet, my medium came pretty medium-rare, another that ordered medium came medium-well, the other seemed to be as ordered. Found the filet nice and tender but not as tasty as I 've remembered it in the past, same w/the sauce--both just missing that wow factor. Consensus on the carrots and broccoli was that they were just plain boring (and tasteless). Bread was delicious, as was dessert (your complimentary birthday ice cream dessert, which was nice that it was large enough to be able to share with others in the party)."

"I love so much about Dinahs. It's a small boutique hotel with beautifully done landscaping. The garden areas are so pretty and my kids live feeding the coi fish. It's such a treat for my kids and I to come overnight and swim all day. My only complaint isthere is alot to be desired as far as the restaurant goes which is huge for us. We like to order food and drinks at the pool butthe last few stays there are issues every time. Mostly with bad attitudes and a no one seems to want to take your order. Iusually get this feeling like the left doesn't k ow what the right is doing. It would be perfect if the restaurant experienceimproved. There's lots of room for it!"

"The service was phenomenal, we had made a reservation for brunch and we were late. We ordered in advance because they were closing soon, and they took our order over the phone. When we got there they had our order ready exactly when we arrived!All the servers were on top of it, super attentive and super nice!The food was ok overall, the potatoes were a bit too greasy, the hash browns somewhat burnt, we weren't to impressed with the salmon entree for the price. My my kids did like their Oreo pancakes, and I loved that they were topped with lots of fruit. Also, the beignets and croissants were pretty good. The ambiance is nice and relaxing, and they have a nice outdoor seating area in front.We had a good experience overall but the food needs to be brought up a notch, and it would be perfect!"

"I live in New York City and was here for work. Despite having access to amazing food in NYC, I am convinced that the chimichurri surf and turf sandwich at this restaurant may be the best sandwich I have ever tasted. Pair it with a side of jalapeno bomb ranch for a perfect lunch. The tri tip is tender, the shrimp has a great texture, and the flavors are perfectly balanced with richness and acidity. The freshly baked ciabatta bread is also exceptional."
