"This café is a cozy spot with just four tables and a charming, quirky decor. It has a relaxed and casual vibe that makes it inviting. The walls are adorned with reclaimed wood, everyday Thai items, and interesting lighting that adds to the charm. While the tables are slightly uneven, it hardly matters! The friendly staff enhances the warm atmosphere of the place.
The food is fantastic and showcases the best of Thai home cooking. I was amazed that all the delicious dishes come from the small kitchen behind the counter. During our visit, we ordered Basil Fried Rice, Thai Chicken Wings, Beef Pad Thai, and Chicken Satay appetizers. The Pad Thai was lighter in color, less sweet, and less oily than what I'm used to, but it was still very tasty. The Basil Fried Rice was another highlight—mild with just a hint of spice. The Chicken Satay was especially delightful; I wish I had ordered more! It had a lovely grilled aroma and a delicate taste, making it my favorite dish of the evening. The Thai chicken wings were decent; they were basically roasted wings served with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce.
For drinks, we tried the mango and strawberry smoothies. Both were a bit too sweet for my liking, but still enjoyable. For dessert, we had mango sticky rice, which was a lovely way to end the meal. The mangoes were perfectly ripe and generous in size; unlike some places that only serve half, this café provided the whole fruit (minus the pit). It was served with purple sticky rice soaked in coconut milk, creating a visually appealing contrast with the bright, ripe mangoes.
I would definitely return to explore more of their menu. A tip for visitors: they only accept cash, but you can order through Yelp for pickup and pay with a credit card."
