"I recently took my girlfriend to Nan Restaurant for her Birthday and was enjoying the food. However, when I went to the toilet. As I was walking past the toilets, I noticed a member of the wait staff bending down next to the toilet fixing the toilet roll eagerly. It was strange because, I had used the toilet finishing my business. However this waiter was now, I imagined bending the corners of roll I presume very close to the bowl. He then got up quickly from a kneeling position and left the bathroom WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS abruptly. He did not return to wash his hands. I returned to my seat and upon receiving our dessert, my specific waiter, with this waiter, came out with the dessert plates and I was repulsed. I thought to myself, if he does not have the common and hygenic decency to wash his hands, I do not want him touching my plate at all. I wanted to raise this directly. I am sure this is all too common fast food restaurants. I thought we learned things since Covid 19 but it is clear the wait staff at Nan need training for their livelihood and others. I would like Nan Management to own up for this because it really disturbed me and I want to them to do something because this restaurant has existed since 2002 and this is simply disturbing! The food was good and we both enjoyed it, but this certainly changed my perspective quickly. I hope they respond to my compliant."

"The fish dish was generously topped with white onions, while two of the dishes were garnished with just a few thin strips of red or green paprika. I enjoy vegetables, but there wasn't much variety among the dishes. The sauce that accompanied the meals was quite delicious—definitely a plus if you like your food saucy. However, the rice served with the dishes was a very small portion compared to other Asian restaurants. The food presentation was beautiful yet simple. One thing I noticed about our dishes was that they seemed to contain either a lot of sugar or monosodium glutamate, giving them an addictive sweetness. With my sugar restrictions, I am particularly attuned to sweetness in food. Even the soup was loaded with sweet and tangy flavors, which my husband did not enjoy, but I drank it anyway because I found it sweet! It may be good for my taste buds but probably not for my health. I inquired about the vegetables in the tofu dish and what was in the soup. The server mentioned a few that I didn't quite understand, but the soup turned out to have small pieces that were easy to eat: boiled broccoli, sliced carrots, canned corn, thinly cut green Asian vegetables, and green onion. I look forward to trying a variety with more green Asian vegetables, but this is one dish I won't order again. The server was the only person taking orders, bringing us water, and delivering food to customers, as we were there with family. He was friendly, though clearly in a hurry to ensure all customers were attended to. Despite being the only staff member, our wait time for the food was average. We continue to dine here because my daughters enjoy it."
