"I used to visit this restaurant frequently and really enjoyed the food, but now I'm reconsidering returning. The place can get quite busy, and they have a system where you write your name on a notepad at the entrance. However, I've noticed on several occasions that they don't seat people in order, and I've seen patrons who arrived after me being seated before I was. I can understand it might be a mistake once, but this happened to my group for the third time tonight. It seems like they don't always check the list, which makes me question the purpose of having it at all. This has led to quite a disappointing experience."
