I ordered three spring rolls and Red Curry with Chicken, expecting a typical wait time. To my surprise, the service was quick and efficient, with my order ready in less than 10 minutes. The spring rolls were larger than usual, hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The Red Curry had a great balance of flavors and heat, with the chicken tasting marinated and not bland at all. I had requested a medium spice level, which was just right for me, but I could have handled a bit more heat.
Overall, the food was fantastic, with generous portion sizes that did not disappoint. I was pleased with the prices as well, especially considering the current inflation rates. I will definitely be returning to Bangkok 96 when I am in the area again to indulge in some more delicious Thai dishes."
