"I ordered an Americano and enjoyed sitting outside at a shaded table. The location and coffee were excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I'm really glad I chose this as my first stop in Ann Arbor. I definitely plan to try that long pull next time I’m back!"

"everything was good beside the food. I had white fish sandwich with sweet potato friries. the horses were excellent, but the fish was not so much. on the baguette there was hardly any fish. I have eaten baked fish skin without meat. the baguette (at least what is specified on the menu) was definitiw soft brot and not its typical tasty zingerman’s baguette. the pumpkin cream cheese cake was nice for dessert. all in all, eating was disappointing and expensive. I expect zingerman's better quality. I don't go back to the roadhouse."

"The original American experience. Simple, dedicated, family owned business. Generation after generation this place evolves slowly keeping a taste of the old good days without being out of touch. The service is extremely kind and personal yet it hashigh standard. Is the place expensive? It is meant to be a high end restaurant and it is. The price is in accordance to theexperience, location and quality of the food and service. The food is fantastic everything is a classic yet it is original tothe restaurant. Big shout out for the appetizer the delicately perfectly Shrimp and fried calamari or the surprising CajunChicken which is probably not the most accurate you'd get in New Orleans but it is original and well executed. The ribs arefell off the bones and covered in thick barbecue sauce as they should. Yes, nothing is extraordinary but you are assured of agreat food experience for something at the end not over estimated."

"Great food and service! I take my daughter in law here every year for her birthday. I had grilled prawns with scallops which was delicious! I have had their Scallops, Tuna and Duck before which are all excellent. They have great appetizers too. I had the spring rolls and my daughter in law had the tuna. There is a special molten chocolate cake which I highly recommend! This is my favorite restaurant. I have never had a a bad meal."

"The food is simply unbeatable and it's our go to place in A2, but.....lately I've found myself getting repeatedly somewhat annoyed there at the service (or lack of it . My experience during lunchtime seems to be much better but the last three times I went for dinner, it's been sort of awkward because you don't seem to actually have a server. Yes, you order on the phone which is easy enough, and someone brings you the food and someone does refill water occasionally. Someone else might come by but I find you have to flag someone down if you need something. Never does a server stop by just to see if all is ok or if you need something. I get it, it's mostly self service, but I have finally adjusted my gratuity where it seems odd to just give the usual 20% (I think the min pre-selection on the app is 18% when you don't actually have a server checking on you. Also, the metal chairs on some of the outdoor tables are REALLY uncomfortable. Next time I gotta remember to bring my football bleacher seat cushion. It's just odd to see a place put SO MUCH effort into producing just beautiful and tasty food, but put so little care into the rest of the dining experience."
