"paid $75 for our eclipse reservation, knowing we'd get a chance to relax, drink and eat. we were looking forward to the pretzel platter. we were told we could order food at SOME POINT, tried to order 4 different times and finally were told, eh.. we aren't taking orders for food. yet, people after us were given the option to order food?! after spending money on alcohol, being told not to bring our own food, that there would be food and then serve only a few chosen people?! this was a horrible experience!!!"
