"The food and drinks here are incredible! You can't go wrong with a pineapple cocktail and a slice of cheesecake. The atmosphere is fantastic, and I absolutely love it! The staff is always wonderful and remembers you by name. It's consistently clean and welcoming. However, there was one incident involving the General Manager, whom I believe is named Chandler. When my cousin asked for a refill on her alcoholic beverage, he rolled his eyes and made a snide comment about her potentially having a drinking problem. This comment really upset both of us, which is why I’m giving a 4-star rating instead of a full five. Despite this, I’m a pretty forgiving person, and I decided to give him another chance. This experience does not reflect the rest of the amazing staff at Brick and Mörtel. I will always cherish my hometown pub!"
