"New to the town. I went there the 1st time through the week and ordered a ribeye and baked potato. They took order over the phone, go to pick it up and was told baked potato only on the weekend. 2nd time I go there and it was 8:30 to order to go, phones were down. I was told the kitchen closes at 9:00 every night, was not able to order, so I left. 3rd time (same week) Friday night at 8:00, I waited for awhile up at the bar to order a to go. Again, I order a ribeye, baked potato and salad to go. I ask how long (dog was out in the vehicle) she goes to the kitchen to ask. Comes back and tells me 20/30 minutes and they were out of baked potato. STIKE THREE!!!! NOT impressed with the staff or the customer service. This was all within a 2 week time frame. They have lost me as a customer and that's too bad, I could've spent a lot of money there."

I have been a loyal customer from the beginning, eating there at least twice a month. Unfortunately, the last three or four visits have seen a decline in service, quality, portion size, and customers from what I have seen of recent. We now only drive over there once a month or so at best because you are just not sure what you're going to get. I hope they get things back to where they were in the beginning, and not where it is now. The shrinkflation thing is a deal breaker for me.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon Approximately 1230p. They were not busy at all. Our table of 6 and 2 other tables of 2. One waitress and 1 bartender. Ordered our drinks. Bartender made them and they sat on bar for 10+ minutes. Finally got our drinks. Took our LUNCH food orders.
