"I stopped by for dinner and really wanted to enjoy this place. First of all, the staff was outstanding. The bartender was knowledgeable about bourbons and other spirits. I started with a bourbon on the rocks, which was nice. I ordered the burnt ends—while they had good flavor, they were unfortunately quite dry. The sauces helped, but not enough to make a significant difference. I tried the mustard and the white sauce they provide. After that, I switched to a nice IPA. For dinner, I opted for another appetizer and got the wings. They tasted good, but again, they were dry and overcooked. It’s possible that they just overcooked my dishes; I’m not sure. Perhaps it was just my choices. Regardless, the staff and the overall ambiance were great, so I’ll give it another try next time I'm in the area and hope to make better selections. The best thing I had was the mac and cheese. While it wasn't the best I've ever had, it was definitely very good."
