"I stopped by yesterday evening around 9 PM for a quick dinner pickup. I was greeted by a young man named Andres, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about some new menu items and asked for his recommendation on tortilla types. He responded with a smile and was very patient, which made my short visit truly enjoyable. I’ve always loved Qdoba and will continue to be a fan, but Andres's attentive and efficient service really made this location stand out for me."

"The staff at this establishment is pleasant, but the owner/manager is very biased. My experience was poor, as the food I ordered was not properly filled (the staff were busy and the manager was eating) as seen in the photos. The owner/manager is disrespectful to both customers and staff. Customers deserve respect and I will not be returning to this Qdoba location. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their self-respect. Additionally, I was informed that the restaurant was out of salt. The employees receive less support when the manager is present. If I could rate with a negative star, I would. I am extremely disappointed and feel I should receive a refund for my entire order. I would normally recommend Qdoba to my friends, but I strongly advise them to avoid this location in Schaumburg."

"This restaurant is fantastic for dining in, taking out, or catering for a party. The prices are reasonable for the variety offered. The dining area provides a calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Personally, I enjoy grabbing my meal and heading to a nearby park to enjoy it. If you're hosting a family gathering, definitely choose their catering service—you won't regret it. And their cheese and chips are simply the best!"

"john just walks this place. he was friendly, patient and helpful while he served us, despite a line waiting for the service. he also made orders in between. he treated every customer respectfully and did not seem the least weakened or frustrated by the situation of being on himself. I heard he said to another customer that they are full, but all the others called today. Apart from leaving a $10 tip, this was the only way to praise him for his sense of responsibility for his job, which literally does not lose him. I don't think that many others can handle the situation."

"I always get a taco salad bowl and its hit or miss at different locations. Not a total hit here, but also not bad. But this soup? WHAT? Ummmm this is my new favorite. "They make some really good food!? This QDOBA is one of our favorite places to stop for lunch or dinner! Their food is almost always fresh and hot, there’s the occasional days when the rice is hard or something is out of stock but that won’t stop us from coming back! There’s been some new younger boys that work the later shift during dinner time that like to be loud and goof off allot it seems. They make the food sloppily and can’t work a register to save their lives. The other employees that we’ve encountered so far do a great job though! The women’s restroom decor looks really neat but I was upset to see the room in the condition it was in as it was my first time using this restroom. Routine check-ups could help with that. Thankfully I always carry my small disinfectant spray with me so I could clean up the mess for myself and there was also no seat covers in stock. See ya next visit Parking: Lots of spots to park but the lot itself is a little tight when it’s busy!"

"I typically do not write reviews, but with the slew of awful customer service recently, I've decided to say something. I never eat here, and now know I won't need to bother in the future. We were greeted....well, actually we weren't greeted. I came in to return some buffet supplies that QDOBA told me to bring back after our event, and they would offer a free meal with the return of the supplies. I asked upon returning, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and said they don't do that. Yet.....no one talked to me about it. The young man at the counter just shook his head and mumbled something I couldn't understand. I shook my head. He shook his head. We were getting nowhere, but I got the impression he wouldn't take my banquet supplies. Odd........ We never were greeted. Decided to stand there anyway and order. Eventually had to ask someone to come take our order. I could not hear or understand the young man helping us. I asked my daughter if it was just me....nope, she couldn't hear or understand either. I looked for support to the 2 other workers staring at me from the back. They stared back. It was a bizarre encounter. I felt like I was really putting these people out by stepping up to their counter and buying something in their store. Weird. Most of the food was out (mind you it was about 4p), or very well picked over. Nothing looked fresh. It tasted as good as it looked. The table was dirty, sticky, and half the lights were out. Truly.....I thought I was in the twilight zone. We ate half our unappealing meal, and left. I asked my daughter if I was processing what just happened correctly.....she concurred. I took my banquet supplies (because they wouldn't take them) to my car and drove off into the distance. I'll never go back. UPDATE: It's been over 2 weeks since I reached out to the email address provided below NO RESPONSE. Nothing good to say about this store."

"The food was good. We went there 1 hour before closing and almost all of the tables were leaned over and the chairs were stacked. Soon they came out and started to mop the floor, so obviously the order would be to go, yes there was 2 tables for customers to sit. The counter employees seemed as though we were interrupting their prep to close. If I go back it will certainly not be within an hour of closing. 2nd chance. The food is still good, however, the family went last evening around 8:30 p.m. the posted hours were until 10:00 p.m. All of the chairs in the dining room were stacked in 2 stacks, which the customers had to walk past to get to the line. There were no customers in the dining room, which is no surprise since it appeared as though they were getting ready to close. The food on the line was already pre closed they had all of the pans lined with plastic bags to keep the pans clean. This time we chose to eat in the dining room. The cashier came out with a mop and mopped the floor while we were sitting there eating. There was also another couple eating in the dining room. The worker mopped the floor up to and surrounding our table! We were finished eating by 9:00 p.m. which was still 1 hour prior to the posted closing time. It is no wonder this place is not that busy at night, it certainly is not a welcoming place to eat! Strike 2!"

"I was pleased at the variety of options available, especially when it comes to customizing your entrees. Furthermore, two female employees, Gabby and Adriana if I remember right, we're super chill and patient with me when I was trying to narrow down my choice. Not to mention, they were awesome at describing customizations and offering suggestions, which really made things easier. The freestyle machine was a nice touch, too! As far as food, I ordered a Steak burrito with queso, lettuce, Mexican rice, and cilantro. It was delicious, especially with the steak. It had a little bit of chew but not too much, just how I like it. The queso for the burrito and chips was so good, but dear gosh. The chips were SUPER salty without the queso! That only makes me want my queso serving to be bigger, by default. It didn't really cover up the chips all the way. Besides all that, my experience was pretty good. I'd come back!"

"I originally was going to give 1 star but because of Jahira the manager and the staff Sunday night I have to give them a big FIVE STARS. My husband made an order through ubereats but after waiting 1 hr the order finally arrived but it was a completely different order. The uber driver told him that was the order the restaurant gave him. We called upset because we felt that was careless on their part. After speaking to Jahira she explained the orders are left on a shelf for the drivers to get on their own and deliver to the customers. Although I believe this strategy should change, Jahira rectified the problem the best way she could. She was extremely polite and the rest of her staff as well. The way Jahira handled the problem is what made me want to give them 5 stars. Yes, a great experience at a restaurant is 5 star worthy, but how staff resolves an issue is 5 star worthy as well. GREAT JOB JAHIRA!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!"

"Couldn’t believe it… ignored by multiple employees while waiting, they spent their time talking and laughing (at least they get along), while still waiting to be “waited” on an employee took that time to make their own food, the place was really dirty, manager opened a bin of chicken and said out loud “wow this stuff stinks so bad”. When finally served and trying to pay, the cashier stops mid transaction to take a phone call, walks in the back and leaves me standing there. When she came back (only about 30 secs later) the transaction was completed after multiple attempts at Apple-pay I was told “oh that’s not working today”. The food itself was fine! I was just very surprised at the poor service and the lack of cleanliness of the place."

"I ordered from this restaurant for the first time and had some mixed feelings. I requested the salsa roja, but what I received on the tacos didn't match the picture. There were no diced tomatoes, so I'm not sure if that was supposed to be part of it. The flavor of the sauce and the meat was good, but the proportions were off. There was a decent amount of meat, but very little lettuce, cheese, or sour cream to balance it out. The tacos were only about a third filled with toppings, leaving the rest as just the shell. The cilantro rice was enjoyable, and the Diablo Queso was nice as well, but the chips were stale, thick, and greasy. I don’t think I would order from here again."

"Customer care complaint# Q2798 So I ordered bowl online for pickup during lunch. After picking up and coming back to work I found that they just gave me rice with some salad without any beans or sauces. Now sure how they expect me to eat just boiled rice. After complaining store manager mentioned he'll send a meal card to my address. On following up after 2 weeks when nothing came, he mentioned that since last time he couldn't send, he'll now send me 3 meal card. N guess what, same thing continued. They never sent anything and stopped responding to emails. Pathetic service and customer care response from Store Manager."

"Cody helped me this evening when I went in to order with my two young boys. He really set a horrible example of mankind tonight, it was not only extremely rude but very sad. I will save the long story for management when I call them. But needless to say, he won’t answer questions about shrimp flavor, he does not specify what item your telling him you want rice on, when you ask him he will blankly stare at you, he decided to ignore me and dump meat I didn’t ask for on my bowl. He was so rude that his coworkers stood in silence and disbelief that he was in fact this rude to a customer! Cody, if you had a bad day, that’s okay, but it seemed to me that you don’t enjoy your job. You were extremely rude and unkind and should reconsider the line of work you are in. "Today (2-3-22), we had a very bad snow storm. Most places around were closed for the day or closing up randomly throughout the day. I work close to this location. I thought I would call just to make sure they were still open. Phone rings, lady says “Qdoba, how can I help you?” I asked the simple question “Are you all still open for the day?” Her response was, “I answered the phone didn’t I?” Absolutely uncalled for and VERY unprofessional. Someone needs to teach her manners. After multiple bad experiences, this was the last straw. I will never be eating at a Qdoba again."

"Highly suggest against ordering catering or any large order from here. I ordered catering for an event, and made the order almost 2 weeks in advance. I get there the day of and the order hasn't even been started so they called their catering manager in to make the order she makes it and it's completely wrong so I have to go back in just for her to tell me they don't have enough meat to make my order.....the order I placed weeks in advance. So of course I wanted my money back or it discounted. The general manager called and offered a free taco bar to make up for it, it was supposed to be picked up today at 1 pm on 11/1 so I called ahead this time to make sure they had it. They didn't have the order nor did they have any idea what I was referring to. I was told they would relay that to the general manager. I have yet to hear anything back. I wouldn't even order a singular taco from this place at this point."

"My daughter and I had a blast here. Not because it is an inherently fun place to be but because of the hilariously bad service. We ordered 2 veggie burrito bowls, and without telling them what we wanted on it, we had a bowl that was just full of fajita peppers. Not sure why. I'm not a huge fan but we didn't complain. We asked for mild and got spicy queso, we asked for cilantro we didn't get, and asked for lettuce but not a full bowl of almost unchopped lettuce. We sighed but went to check out where the girl behind the counter wouldn't give us our bag until she swiped her Instagram stories a few times. 10/10 establishment."

"On Friday evening, I decided to try this restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed. To start, it wasn’t even busy, so I can’t understand how they managed to serve me the wrong quesadilla. I ordered chicken and it seems like someone else ended up with my order. I had to wait in line for a long time, despite there only being four customers, including my son and me, while five employees were behind the register. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt, so I feel like I wasted $10 on something that wasn’t worth it. To top it off, they didn’t even mash the avocado to make guacamole! I won’t be returning to this place anytime soon. It’s basically the same as a Bootleg Moe's, but at least their sides are free."

"This was hands-down my worst Qdoba experience. Firstly, they forgot all of the beverages. Next, the rice was undercooked (mushy and crunchy). They neglected to add brown rice and other specified ingredients in my Create Your Own Burrito. The Create Your Own Bowl also had the same undercooked rice and missing ingredients. Lastly, the queso ended up being diablo instead of 3-Cheese. While this experience wont turn me against Qdoba, I dont think Ill ever order so close to closing time."
