"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. When I mentioned to my escort that I wanted to try a meatless option, the manager overheard me and offered me a sample of their new meatless meat. It was truly delicious and had the same savory flavor as regular beef taco meat. I definitely plan to have a meal made with it next time! This place is great for EMS, police, and fire personnel, as they have convenient late hours during the school session. I've returned several times, and each visit has been a good one. The food is consistently fresh and tasty."

"My husband and I went to Bayonne location on 05/31/2022 around 7pm and let me tell you, the portion of meat the server gave us was so small that we literally counted about 10-12 small pieces of grilled chicken. For the price we paid, I would expect more than that. I was so disappointed that never again we will order from there. Let's not forget the cashier who was on duty around 7pm. She has the most nastiest attitude with her eyes rolling and sucking her teeth as if she had a piece of chicken stuck between her teeth. Slamming the item on the counter. Who does that? Whenever we go there, never once I saw her smile and pleasant with customers. She had one face for everything( the face of, i hate this effing job kinda face). You can't be in the front line and expect customers to come back with that kind of attitude. Workers need customer service training or get better workers. Huge disappointment! I will be taking my service elsewhere. I even took pictures of our meal beforehand."

"We really enjoy Qdoba, my husband gets a bowl and always gets extra meat which makes it rather expensive, but it feeds him for 2 days. I get the quesadilla with extra meat and i can also it it twice. I recommend getting queso on it. There is a Hispanic lady in her 40s or early 50s who is there a lot, I absolutely love her! She is a hard worker, fast, and always kind. There was a man who was eating out of the chip baskets with his bare hands and then wiped the crumbs off the counter and placed them back into the container!! That grossed me out horribly! Other than that, we have not had any issues here. His belly hung from under his shirt. He was very polite, and fast, but wasn't clean at all. Thankfully he did put on gloves before preparing our meals."

"I recently ordered food from this restaurant through DoorDash for delivery to my doorstep. Despite indicating that I wanted a bowl, I received a burrito instead. I decided to generously tip the DoorDash driver due to high gas prices and my reluctance to drive anywhere. I placed my order while at work and was informed over the phone that I would receive a refund for at least one of the incorrect items. The driver delivered my food without any issues and did not tamper with my order. However, when I reached out to the restaurant about the incorrect item and the promised refund, they refused to provide it. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the experience and do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again. Their service was unreliable and the staff did not seem to care about customer satisfaction."

"My husband and I visited this place years ago, and our food was honestly quite disappointing, which is why we never returned. However, I want to thank you for partnering with T-Mobile and offering the $5 discount, as it encouraged me to come back and try your food again. I was absolutely amazed at how delicious everything was on both occasions! During my first visit after the discount, I couldn't wait for the $5 to apply (it comes the next day), so I went ahead and ordered anyway. I couldn’t stop eating; it was that good! "Ordered delivery today. The food came just fine and on time....the issue is that inside our marked bag was also someone else 's pick up order. I called the restaurant to let them know and they said Thanks for telling us. Upon asking what to do with the other person 's order and if they needed the order information or for it to be brought back there was silence. I stated my name and the name on the receipt for the other order and asked again if I could do anything and the response was hang up on me. There was background noise so I know the call was still going until that point. I 'm sure they, like most stores, are very short staffed. I get it. I wanted to try to help. This reaction seemed rude and I hope they were more sympathetic to the customer who didn 't get their order Erin wherever you are I 'm sorry your order got messed up."

"The food here is normally great. The service is hit or miss. The service I got yesterday, I walked right out. I pulled up to Qdoba and there was a sign on the door ?due to short staff we are only taking online orders.? I walked in still because this was not normal for this location and there of course was no warning online, and I drove out of my way, to be turned away. When I walked in, I was not greeted, but was YELLED AT, the woman behind the counter yelled ?We are only taking online orders if you?re stuff ain?t on the table then you need to be patient and wait.? Might I add that I didn?t even get in line yet, and I just wanted to ask a question. I wasn?t given that chance. I will also add that as she rudely turned me away, she was clearly making someone?s order who was IN STORE, and it was not an online order because she was asking the woman what she wanted. So why did I get turned away, not even greeted, when this woman was getting a bowl made for her at the moment, if you can do it for one person, you shouldn?t be turning others away, that drove out of their way to get there, without any warning about online order only. NOT TO MENTION, if they were so short staff, why were there three people working behind the counter? One not even doing anything just standing at the register? I honestly should have called the manager. Because I think the employees were just being lazy, and placed a sign on the door so they would only have to do online orders. I get places are short staffed during this pandemic, but I would have gladly walked away, without anger had I been greeted with ?a hello and we are so sorry? but what I got was rude, and no greeting. I don?t know whether or not I?ll be back. It?s definitely not worth the drive just to get yelled at when you walk in the door."

"I give four stars for the delicious three-cheese nachos I took to go today. The fact that guacamole is included at no extra charge is quite impressive, and it tasted great too. However, I have to give zero stars for the unfriendly employees I encountered during my visit. It's been a while since my last trip, and I was unsure about what toppings I wanted on my nachos. The employee who helped me was somewhat helpful at first, but then she abruptly walked away while I was still speaking to her, which I found very rude and inconsiderate. The cashier who processed my payment also didn’t seem very friendly. I'm not sure what was going on with both employees today, but they could definitely be more welcoming and personable. Despite this, their attitude won’t stop me from returning!"

"Q doba Norwalk ruined our catering event. Sharing so no one else experiences this. I placed a catering order with one of the supervisors on Friday for a Saturday private event for food to be delivered between 2:30 and 2:45 pm. Provided my credit card info. Saturday 2:45 pm as guests are arriving I reach out and Supervisor on duty informs me they will not deliver the order. Said they called my number. Checked caller id and no calls from anyone on my logs. We asked if they could deliver even small amount and the answer was negative. Received a half hearted apology, but apologies do not feed guests. Please think twice before ordering catering from this establishment."

"I'm really thrilled that a Qdoba has opened near my house! The chips and queso are amazing, though I find the spicy queso a bit too hot for my taste. The chicken, quesadillas, and salsa are all spot-on. One downside is that the entrance to the parking lot is a bit awkward and narrow. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to earn free food. The peach lemonade goes perfectly with the meal. The restaurant is clean, and the ambiance reminds me of the movie Nacho Libre. I also noticed that the restrooms are well-kept. We dine here at least every couple of weeks, and the staff is very friendly. Surprisingly, it's not too busy, especially for a college town!"

"We were traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio for the NCAA games. My daughter chose QDOBA. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left the total experience was so good we detoured on our way home to stop AGAIN on Saturday afternoon. Frank and the other employee working that night took time to chat with us, ask questions, were efficient making our food and could not have been nicer. We drove to Columbus thru Indianapolis and home thru Fort Wayne. Again we drove up to see Frank and his team (we called to make sure he was working) so we could stop again. We have a Rugby Tourney in April in Indiana and we already know we will stop in again. Customer service is all you have in the world today and you are lucky to have it in Frank. I run a company in Wisconsin and would be proud to hire Frank as my Customer Service employee. You are lucky to have him."

"Consistently good staff We come out here several times a month and can count only 1 or 2 times in several years when food wasn?t perfectly fresh . Just need to shout out Becky tonight in the line. It was her and another awesome cashier whom I don?t have a name for : but she was delightful too . Both kept front of house organized, clean, and attended to even though short staffed. "We love ordering the family meal with the Cholula chicken, but it's unavailable on the app. Previously, I've been instructed to place my order and then call to request the Cholula chicken, which they could adjust on their end for an extra charge. However, when I called today, I spoke with a supervisor who was quite rude and told me she couldn’t accommodate my request. I mentioned that we had successfully done this before, but she insisted that it was impossible to do through the app. When I reiterated our previous experiences, she changed her reason and said they didn't have enough chicken to prepare the Cholula chicken. I then asked if they could simply use the Cholula sauce on our family meal chicken, but she said that she couldn't because they were out of chicken for the night—despite having enough to fulfill our order. As a customer, it's incredibly frustrating to be talked down to and to have the explanation shift from one issue to another. It felt like she just didn't want to take the time to help us. Unfortunately, this is the second disappointing experience I've had at this location recently. I'm really let down, especially as a loyal Qdoba fan."

"This restaurant takes the crown compared to TBK, which comes across as quite underwhelming. Unlike the staff at TBK on Harlem and Montrose by the BP, they actually serve delicious food and treat everyone with respect. The rice is exceptional, and even the pickiest eaters will enjoy the perfectly cooked beans. As for the tacos, in my opinion, this is the best spot in town for tacos!"
