"I give four stars for the delicious three-cheese nachos I took to go today. The fact that guacamole is included at no extra charge is quite impressive, and it tasted great too. However, I have to give zero stars for the unfriendly employees I encountered during my visit. It's been a while since my last trip, and I was unsure about what toppings I wanted on my nachos. The employee who helped me was somewhat helpful at first, but then she abruptly walked away while I was still speaking to her, which I found very rude and inconsiderate. The cashier who processed my payment also didn’t seem very friendly. I'm not sure what was going on with both employees today, but they could definitely be more welcoming and personable. Despite this, their attitude won’t stop me from returning!"

The food was quite good, and the staff was quick and friendly. However, I noticed that there wasn't a regular cleaning routine for the lobby, as tables and chairs could have used some wiping down.

One of the best Qdoba locations I've visited. The food was flavorful, and the service was welcoming. The chips were particularly crisp and delicious. I did take off one star because some pieces of steak were tough and hard to eat. Aside from that, everything was enjoyable. I also appreciated the variety offered by the Coca-Cola freestyle machine, although it was out of vanilla.
