"As for the food, I was very let down. I typically order veggie fajitas at Mexican restaurants, but these were among the worst I’ve had. They served a bland mix of Normandy vegetables that seemed more like frozen veggies thrown into boiling water. There was no vibrant color, no grill marks, and certainly no sizzling from a hot pan. The portion size was the smallest I’ve ever received.
The rice lacked flavor, and the vegetables mixed in appeared either freeze-dried or freezer-burned. The mole sauce tasted off as well, and I found the poblano soup equally disappointing. Good poblano soup should have a dark, roasted color from the peppers, but this version was overpowered by corn and didn’t contain any poblano peppers that I could identify. Instead, I found what looked like an unidentifiable pasta-like ingredient, which was particularly puzzling as it wasn’t mentioned on the menu.
Overall, this will be my last visit to this restaurant. I hope they work on improving the quality of their food for future customers."
