"This is hands down the best banh mi I've ever had, and I’ve tried many from some legendary spots in San Jose over the past 17 years. The bread was perfectly crusty on the outside while being warm and soft on the inside. The vegetables were marinated flawlessly and served super cold, which contrasted beautifully with the meat that was also perfectly marinated and served hot. Check out the pictures I included! I opted for extra meat for a small additional charge, and it was definitely worth it. I've tried both the BBQ pork and the chicken sandwiches, and I can't pick a favorite—next time, I'm getting half of each mixed together. I asked for soy sauce to add some flavor, and they provided a nice bottle with a dispenser top instead of a typical plastic packet. The restaurant itself is impeccably clean, including what I would describe as luxury hotel-style restrooms and sinks. Plus, the staff is incredibly polite. Truly amazing!"
