"My recent visit to the restaurant was disappointing, and as a result, I don't think I will be returning. When our main courses arrived, it seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while as it was semi-cold and had a lumpy, crusty consistency. Despite one of the entrees being touted as the best lasagna, it simply tasted like dry pasta with minimal filling. When we brought this up to the server, he claimed it was his "style" of lasagna and offered to bring more sauce, which should have been between the layers of pasta. We had to ask another staff member if the dish was prepared correctly, and ultimately it was replaced with something else. On top of this, my wine glass remained empty on the table for quite some time despite multiple servers passing by, and I had to request a refill from a different server. By the time my glass was empty again, I decided not to bother asking for another refill. Overall, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing and not up to par with the reputation of Boise."
