"I have visited this restaurant once before and had a great experience, so I was excited to go back. My craving for their chicken and waffles led me to drive 40 minutes from home to visit again. However, when we arrived at 10:40am, we found out that they did not open until 11am. We waited until 11:18am, but the door was still closed. We tried to open it, but it was locked. Despite seeing an associate at the register and greeting booth, they ignored us and refused to acknowledge our presence. We waited for a few minutes, but they never came to the door. The lack of service and attention was disappointing, especially considering how much we enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return in the future. I give 2 stars for service, as the waitress during my first visit was decent."
