"This burger was so overcooked. The lettuce was not dry and crispy but wet and wilted. The tomato on the side was not fresh as well. They forgot my honey bbq wings so I had to waste gas and time and go back. They did give me a 10 dollar gift certificate and gave me another 10 pc honey bbq wings for free, which I appreciated. However, I specifically wanted to go to this location because it’s usually good. But today they fell short.. almost $60 for an order is too much to “NOT GET IT RIGHT” I would ask that the kitchen mgr please pay attention to what’s being prepared and make sure the product online is fresh. The quality of the product I purchased the (burgers were simply unacceptable). I could not eat it and I am not wasting gas going back for more burgers to be made. Ask yourselves, Would you eat this? Come on Buffalo Wild's Wings take care of the guests, each guest, every time.. I so tired of restaurants not getting it right.
