"This burger was so overcooked. The lettuce was not dry and crispy but wet and wilted. The tomato on the side was not fresh as well. They forgot my honey bbq wings so I had to waste gas and time and go back. They did give me a 10 dollar gift certificate and gave me another 10 pc honey bbq wings for free, which I appreciated. However, I specifically wanted to go to this location because it’s usually good. But today they fell short.. almost $60 for an order is too much to “NOT GET IT RIGHT” I would ask that the kitchen mgr please pay attention to what’s being prepared and make sure the product online is fresh. The quality of the product I purchased the (burgers were simply unacceptable). I could not eat it and I am not wasting gas going back for more burgers to be made. Ask yourselves, Would you eat this? Come on Buffalo Wild's Wings take care of the guests, each guest, every time.. I so tired of restaurants not getting it right. I have consistently received exceptional customer service at this restaurant, and my orders have always been accurate. Even during the pandemic, they have managed to keep the wait times reasonable. My only suggestion would be to offer larger portions of ranch dip. Thank you for the great service, and I will be back on Thursdays.

We ordered 4 types of wings and all of them were put on the tray and then had the sauces poured over them. It was very sloppy and everything tasted like liquid smoke, even the queso dip for the chips and chicken tacos. Everything tasted like that same smoky flavor. It was not pleasant. I've never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before but my family has and they said this was not typical.

I'm not a huge fan of bdubs but must say i had a great experience at this location. We were seated promptly and our server was perfect. We had Shelby and she was quick to bring us our drinks and checked on our table often. She helped me order since I am not a big wings fan. Shelby recommended a bacon burger and it was so good! Was cooked perfectly as well. I also felt like the location took proper social distancing measures and I felt comfortable there. Would definitely recommend this location and if you go ask for Shelby! I’ve eaten at BWW many times but never at this location . I went in today around noon to place an order for carry out , the place was not busy at all . I stood at the front counter for awhile before someone finally came out and took my order , her name was Olivia and she did what she was suppose to do . I ordered two different 6 pieces boneless wings , Parm Garlic and Nashville Hot , both with ranch and blue cheese , cost $10 each . I waited about 10 minutes and somebody else came out and handed me the bag of food . When I got home the food was still warm and tasty . They got the order correct . Overall a good experience .

I had a disappointing experience with takeout at this restaurant. The cashier, Ashley, who has glasses and dirty blonde hair, was quite rude. Even though there were hardly any customers, her demeanor suggested that my presence was a bother. She provided a confusing explanation about picking up my own food when there’s a brown bag on the rack, which has never been the case for me before; I usually receive my order handed to me. To make matters worse, there was no sign indicating that I needed to help myself. What if I didn’t have a brown bag and wasn’t aware my order was ready?
