"Sadly, I?ve been going to this pizza restaurant for 17 years and yesterday was last. I waited over 45 mins for a large pie, not once did they tell me how long it was still going to take. I watched my pie go in the oven, wondering why it wasn?t already in? since I called my order in. They let me stand for over 20 mins with me thinking it was almost ready. At the end when i finally got my pizza I complained, they weren?t nice and didn?t really care that I had wait so long,?they said it happens?. My husband had gotten food from another restaurant that was also called in and had been home for over 20 minutes waiting for me. Since going to this restaurant there has been three owners and this has to be theworst. It saddens me but I would rather walk miles to get my food then to pay more now, not have good customer service and to also up charge when using a debit card. You have lost a loyal customer for over 15 years."

"My wife and I used to dine here one or two owners ago. I don't think we've been here for a year or more, but while the pizza was OK sometimes it's the little things that turn a nice experience into a less than stellar one. We requested to be seated towards the back in a area we frequented years ago. It was also great in those days to run into Nick Bolletterri there. So the seats are arranged differently but who cares. The waitress came to take our order and I told her were ready to go. We each ordered a soft drink I was hoping for my preferred pizza soft drink, Root Beer, but they didn't have that so it was a Coke for us. Since there were no drinks listed on the menu we were in the dark. Those two little things only grew into a less than happy experience when she brought our drinks 16oz bottles with glasses with ice. This is the 2nd pizza place we eaten in the last month or so that didn't have fountain drinks. So, we had to nurse the beverages or pay for another bottle. Not cool. We ordered a small (12 and wanted 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 bacon... to which we were told they don't do have additional items on the small, we would have to order the large pizza for that. The two of us do NOT need a 16 pizza, especially just to get half pepperoni and half bacon! The pizza came out relatively promptly and crisp and hot. The service wasn't horrible but the little things tend to diminish the others."

"Borino's has been our go to place for years now. Love the team there and the delivery folks, too! Always kind. Great pizza, yummy zeppole. Delicious chicken roll! Anyway, tonight they made an error with our pizza prep (unbeknownst to us). They proactively corrected it in a very generous and *more* than accommodating way. I feel they deserve an extra star for that. Today, everyone delivers. However, items are often missing or wrong, food is often delivered cold, or not at all. Customer service is so invaluable and generally feels forgotten nowadays. I want the Borino's team to know their care was greatly appreciated in our house tonight! THANK YOU!!! "I entered at 11:30. Every pie looked old. There were at least two pies that were for slices that looked like they were from the day earlier. Plain slice was okay at best, sloppy and big flop. Grandma was okay. If I needed to eat something quick, this would fit the bill. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go there. Place was clean, service was okay. One other note, the counter guy hands me two slices on a single paper plate. Half the plain slice is hanging off. How cheap can you be that I had to ask for a second plate?Like I said, in the area, starving and want something quick? Okay but otherwise I’d pass."

"Hands down best pizza in AZ. Very friendly service! It was a pleasure meeting the owner. Let me tell you the cheese is some of the best cheese I’ve ever had in my life. I believe it’s imported, not sure where from, but probably heaven. Now this tomato sauce i believe is hand made. I prefer lots of sauce on my pizza, and just know, I think this one has ruined all other pizza sauce for me, it’s THAT good. So if you’re unsure if you should try it, I’m telling you, pull up right now. I will probably not be eating at any other pizza restaurants from now on, nothing compares to the quality of Master Pizza."

"Quality pizza made with high quality ingredients. Both are great through the pane or whole cake. They have a variety of pizzas including pizza al pomodoro that has no cheese. This is great for everyone with milk allergies and is a big knot on the original tomato cake. So tasteful. The owners are very friendly and efficient.
