"This place a changed owners a lot. each times the quality gets worse. so i’m originally from philly and I do not recommend since the last owner change. so my mom who is in her late 70’s ordered a cheese steak with hot peppers . it was all chopped up and cooked into the meat which is not how philly cheesesteaks are normally served. so one would not have expected that . they are usually sliced added after its cooked or give in the side sliced or whole . she told the employee it was too hot to eat his exact words were “that’s how i make it“ so she asked for it to go and gave it to me. i like spicy food there was no way i could eat this it was so hot. there were more chopped up peppers than meat. Absolutely inedible . and their treatment of seniors update to managers response : (8oz of meat is the pre cooked weight so it was probably less than 6oz cooked) 8oz of meat to 4oz of hot peppers is an insane ratio for a cheesesteak, there shouldn’t be that many hot peppers .. he’s correct the interaction with my mother i was not present for. but when she said it was too spicy to eat what kind of response is “ well that’s how i make it “ how come it wasn’t “i’m sorry , i’ll remake it.” as a philadelphian i think you should remove the word Philly from your menu. it was the worst cheesesteak i’ve ever eaten and in no way shape or form a Philly cheesesteak . anyone reading this should try forefathers or corelones cheesesteaks they are legit . sincerely a Philadelphian ."
