I am adding a photo of the event map that includes Glazier 's logo that matches the business I am reviewing here. How unprofessional! It wasn 't me, it was an impersonator! Come on. Original review: Had a very similar experience to another reviewer with the young inexperienced staff closing down early, but in our situation it was at a catered event. Hidden Villa had hired Glazier for an event with two groups, a group arriving from 10 12, and a group arriving from 12 2. Glazier did serve the first group. When we arrived in the second group we asked a blond woman working at Glazier table what time they would close. The blond woman said 2pm. We further clarified, if we come back at 1:30 that will be in time for ice cream? She said yes, in front of a group of kids. We left on the tour to see the animals. When we came back at 1:30 the Glazier team had nearly finished packing up their entire table a half an hour early and were no longer serving. They told us they had dumped out some of their stuff including boba tea), in preparation to leave so they had not run out, they simply weren 't sticking around for the second group. When we confronted the employees about it one of guys said, I don 't think we said that we 'd be here until 2. The blond woman who had said it stared at us red faced and embarrassed but did not speak up and admit her mistake . No work ethic. No integrity. Do not hire to cater, they simply are not prepared to follow through at this time. : Included a receipt for the tour, proving we were there."
