"I was craving crablegs and went to my favorite seafood boil spot Pier 88. I ordered 1/2 pound snow crablegs with 1/2 pound of sausage and potatoes and corn. I chose the 88 special medium and a watermelon margarita that was only $4.50 btw. The drink was tasty and strong just like I like them. Then I received my meal without a long wait. I opened the bag and it was one crableg cluster. I asked the waitress if they included the corn and potatoes in to get the half pound weight. She chuckled and said no ma'am they weigh the meat by itself. Y'all no matter how many times that I have eaten here over the years it's always 1 cluster, not a cluster and an extra leg or two, not a cluster minus a leg or two. It's always 1 cluster, so either every crab in the ocean and their legs all weigh exactly the same or we aren't getting an accurate amount of crab. I am now on a quest to find out the answer. I am going to Amazon to get a scale delivered and the next time I will be weighing my legs. I think I will go to all the boil places in Okc.......to be continued Btw: the food was delicious Pros:great drinks and service Cons: I don't believe that they weigh the food"

"I found the crab to be tough and uncooked, and they didn’t provide a cracker for me. The seasoning was too diluted. When I asked the server for a crab cracker, she told me they were out of stock and suggested I use my teeth instead. I had to wait for another customer to finish their meal before they cleaned and brought a cracker to me. I won’t be returning. The only good thing was the potato. The coleslaw tasted sour and had the consistency of baby food. The fried calamari wasn’t good either."

"After several attempts, I am officially done with this restaurant. The service is consistently poor. First, they seat you, but then you wait at least 15 minutes for a server to come and take your drink order. Once you finally get your drink, you have to wait another 10 minutes just for your order to be taken. When the server finally arrives, they don't even have anything to write with, leading to incorrect orders when the food finally arrives. I just don’t understand how they can’t get it right, especially after I gave them so many chances."

"Worst restaurant experience! Yesterday after church my family and some friends from church went to lunch. After waiting over 30 minutes for a table because they wouldn't allow us to eat in the completely empty patio that they had we finally got our table. Everything about my order got completely messed up I ordered a Sprite our terrible waitress brought me I had to wait another 10 minutes just for my sprite. Then came time to order our food everybody's order was correct but mine! I ordered a shrimp po-boy and my waitress brought a shrimp platter instead. So while everybody else was eating I had to wait another 25 minutes for a sandwich and fries.... My husband's fries were completely soggy and disgusting. While my fries were overcooked and rock hard. Why we did have a fairly large group of 8 people her check was just ridiculous 181.70 ok fine 2 of us split the bill. Our friend paid a 100 bill while we put the rest on my husband's card. His card should have been charged 81.70 for the remaining balance which is what I sighed the card receipt for. But they charged his card 106.70 my math ain't mathin right on that one how do they charge an extra 25 on my husbands card?? Al in all hands down absolute worst experience I've ever had will not be returning!!!"
