"We celebrated my nephew's 16th birthday at the restaurant on Sunday, June 22nd at 1:00. There were 15 of us in the party, and although the birthday boy was 20 minutes late, our waitress Hannah was fantastic. She continuously kept our table stocked with food and drinks without us even having to ask for refills. Hannah was on top of everything, only missing one side order out of the 16 we placed. Her exceptional service is one of the main reasons we will be returning to this restaurant. Thank you for making us all feel incredibly special, not just the birthday boy!"

"1st time here. I tried an Elk burger which was good, but meat a little dry (or, is elk always on the dry side? . Sauce was *really* good. Wife had a Mushroom burger which was really good. (Possibly a bit too much cheese, if that's possible? She also had Sweet Potatoe Fries, which I thought were a bit overcooked dry, but she liked them that way. Also liked the nice shaded picnic area. A bit pricy, but isn't everywhere that's good these days? Recommended! We'll be back."

"The iced tea tastes like pool water. The actual water has a hint of sea water to it. And I 'm not convinced the soda I got after that disaster was actually coca-cola, since the gal asked, Is Pepsi okay? and then backtracked and claimed to have coke....Aside from that, the salmon and chips was $22 for a couple fairly small pieces on top of a very small bed of okay fries. I asked for tartar instead of the 1000 isle it comes with but then had to ask again for tartar when it was delivered because they gave me 1000 isle. I was also given a side coleslaw that I hadn 't asked for (which I don 't know if they charged for or not as someone else in the group was covering that meal).Also, there was some kind of party on top of the building, so heavy bass was carrying down into the nearly empty dining area for the entire meal."

"#1 thing you might not know about this fish market: their walk up window fish and chips. Definitely one the best in town! GREAT selection of fish halibut, Ling cod, sturgeon?? And yes that shatteringly crisp batter coating... which just happens to be free of both dairy and gluten, thankyouverymuch. The fries are also very crisp, never disappoint. It really IS all about the oil temp. They're in the back of the market, with the window accessed from 44th off Woodstock. Worthy."
