"The vegetable dish with white sauce was absolutely delicious, expertly cooked in a wok to perfection, and all the vegetables were fresh, not canned. The Mongolian beef was generously portioned and packed with flavor, prepared with quality cuts of beef—something rare in most other Chinese restaurants we’ve tried. Since I’m not a fan of spicy food, I’ll ask the chef next time to tone down the heat to very mild. It took a few gulps of water to adjust to the spiciness and fully enjoy the dish. The pork foo young was filled generously with freshly cooked vegetables and accompanied by tender goat from Braunschweig, which was delightful. Chen Dee, the chef's daughter, served us with expertise and a warm smile. She demonstrated great knowledge of the ingredients and cooking techniques. China Valley Chinese Restaurant is a long-awaited gem for Oro Valley and, indeed, for the greater Tucson area."
