"To start, this Italian restaurant is super cute as you can see by the photos. There is plenty of seating whether you want to sit on the enclosed heated patio, high top by the bar, or low seating throughout. When you walk in, the wood fire oven is visible and really cool to watch them create some tasty pizzas. The service was prompt and super friendly. They are attentive but not overbearing, which I appreciate. My friend and got the calamari to start for an appetizer. Skip this. The calamari was extremely rubbery and tough. The sauce tasted like I was eating a whole lemon. It did not go well with the calamari. This was quite disappointing. For our main entrées, we went with the Balsamic chicken salad, Prosciutto and arugula wood fire pizza, and lasagna. The salad was absolutely delicious. The strawberries were fresh, pecans balanced out the sweetness, and the avocado gave hints of creaminess. Their lemon vinaigrette dressing paired perfectly with all of the ingredients. The wood fired pizza was cooked perfectly and the prosciutto was so tasty! Fresh mozzarella on top of this delicious wood fire pizza with the perfect sauce and crust. Last but not least, the lasagna! The lasagna was my favorite! The sauce had some surprising heat to it, but I really enjoyed it. It was also a nice portion. The pasta itself tasted homemade and authentic. Definitely reccomend this dish!Overall, a great Italian spot that services delicious food. I can't wait to return and try more on their menu!"

"we went Friday night, sort of busy, fast food service was definitely a plus, quick to have our beverages, asked for an alcoholic beverage menu which we waited 20 minutes still no menu, the appetizers/soup/salads came out and our dinners came out before we got the menus after asking a 2nd time, we sat for another 30 minutes and our server never came back over to see if we wanted an alcoholic beverage... the arancini was good but the vodka sauce was different then usual, had no flavor was flat and bland, figured maybe it was a separate sauce from the dinner pasta vodka, was wrong pasta portion was great but the sauce had an acidic taste wasn't sure if it was a different Parmigiano or the sauce was old but we didn't eat the dinner after our first bite, serve asked if we wanted a box we said no, she handed the check and walked away, didn't ask if there was an issue didn't check up on us, sad thing to say is that the party of 8 or so she went to 9 times and came to us 1 time since the food came out, party of 2 shouldn't be neglected because your worried about a 30$ tip which we might have gave on out 70$ bill but the service was terrible lucky we gave what we gave all she did was give us our regular drinks, busser/food runner took care of the rest...should have tipped them instead. not impressed and the flat salads they serve, like they prepare 20 salads at a time and stack them ontop of each other, 2 cucumbers 2 tomatoes and 5 forks worth of lettuce, deffiently one of the most skimpy salads I've ever had."

"Went to the metro convention center for a conference with 7 colleagues and chose this lunch spot because of their prices and gluten free options. When we arrived, no one else was in the restaurant and all of us were sat quickly. There was only a QR code for the menu but it requests all your contact details before you can access it so we ordered based off the menu on their website while others used the open table menu. Unfortunately they did not have any gluten free options besides salad, so that was disappointing for one party member. It seems to be a common theme in the comments where they're running out of common items so whoever does their ordering might need to revisit their planning skills. The food took a while despite there only being one other couple who arrived after we ordered but it tasted good when we got it. When the bill came, we were shocked that the prices were higher than expected. At least $2 per item more than the website menu and DOUBLE the open table menu. Rather than honouring the price posted on their website, they said we should have used the QR code, despite it being inaccessible without submitting your personal contact info. They said they would speak with the owner and let him know but that was not helpful in the moment and showed the owner perhaps hasn't trained or empowered his employees to problem solve. We were already late for the afternoon part of the conference so left. Two days later I got a cancellation notification from the restaurant on opentable. Luckily I took a picture of my receipt and their fantastic customer experience representative reinstated the reservation and gave me my 100 points. All of us will not be returning which is unfortunate because the food was good but everything else was a chaotic mess and/ or misleading."
