"In times past the Stingray use to be the bomb, but due to new management this once quaint and delicious restaurant immediately was turned into one of the WORST! and I repeat worst seafood restaurants in New Bern. This owner is very money hungry and the waitresses are rude and unprofessional un-couth, the food was terrible. We ordered the fried flounder and okra and fries, and the whole meal was terrible. The fish was under cooked the fried okra was tasteless and under cooked, the fries were like fried cardboard, and then the manager had the nerve to try to make me pay for 1 meal that we didn't eat. this guy is shysty and money hungry and seems to be a slum restaurant lord. He's buying up all of Newbern and quality is not his thing. This restaurant has no business being open. Stay away from this place the food has gone all the way down.. Once you order if you don't like your food because it was not prepared properly they will make you pay regardless if you ate or not and they wont replace it. I've never seen this behavior before. this restaurant won't last with this behavior. I wouldn't given this a 1 if it didn't make me. Unsatisfied customer. Will never return. Sad for New Bern."

"I absolutely adored everything about this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us choose our dishes with their excellent recommendations. We tried the oyster snack, chicken tenders, and onion rings - all of which were superb. The oysters were fresh with perfectly crispy breading, while the onion rings were exceptional with just the right thickness. The chicken tenders were also delicious. Don't be fooled by the fact that it's a food truck; this place eclipses many traditional restaurants in terms of quality and taste!"

"What can I say about this place, if you're trying to see if this is the BBQ spot for you I got a few words for you, come on down and drown in their BBQ sauce, I was daydreaming in swimming in it and licking my fingers afterwards. Ribs are crispy with the right side of tang, brisket fatty in the right parts, if you know what I mean. Mac and cheese, doesn't get any cheesier than a cow's utter. If you want a good meal that makes you go into a coma after eating, you better clear your schedule after eating. It's highly recommended you swing on by and try to disprove my claims, I won't get salty but don't be salty when you're licking your plate clean like a toddler."
