"I believe Baoding is the best Chinese restaurant in Charlotte. Their menu features a wide range of appetizers, stir-fry dishes, curries, noodles, and more. The food can be customized and is prepared with high-quality ingredients. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service, always ensuring my drink is topped up. The dinner menu is more extensive than the lunch menu, with larger portion sizes for dinner as well. Baoding also offers some unique specialties and delicious moo shu dishes in the evening. Just be aware of their hours, as they close between lunch and dinner. Located near SouthPark, I highly recommend you give Baoding a try. I always bring my family here for a fantastic meal."
