"1) We didn’t visit another location; we used this listing to find the restaurant because it was close to our first stop.
2) If there were other tables being served, they must have been in some alternate reality that nobody else was aware of.
3) None of this excuses the poor service we experienced. Your argument seems to imply that your restaurant can't manage four tables and that you’re blaming the customers for it. If that's the case, hire more staff.
We came very eager to have lunch here, arriving just before noon, and found the restaurant completely empty. There was no host or hostess, no bartender, and no staff in sight. Another customer was waiting as well and asked if we had seen anyone. Eventually, we spotted someone coming out from a back room, but we weren’t even acknowledged. I inquired if they were open, and they replied yes but quickly rushed off. We won't be coming back."
