"I placed an order on their website on a holiday, only to find out later that they were closed that day. I should have called ahead, but there was no mention of their closure on the website. When I tried to get a refund, the manager was rude and insisted that their website does not allow for pick-up orders, even though I have used it before. She also implied that I must have used a third-party app to place the order, which was not the case. The original owners were great, but the new management needs training on their own website and customer service. I will be getting a refund through my credit card and taking my business elsewhere in the future."
