"I placed an order on their website on a holiday, only to find out later that they were closed that day. I should have called ahead, but there was no mention of their closure on the website. When I tried to get a refund, the manager was rude and insisted that their website does not allow for pick-up orders, even though I have used it before. She also implied that I must have used a third-party app to place the order, which was not the case. The original owners were great, but the new management needs training on their own website and customer service. I will be getting a refund through my credit card and taking my business elsewhere in the future."

There is nothing special about the wings at this restaurant. I think the wings at Walmart have more flavor and are bigger than these. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Went to pick up my food. I asked wings to be fried more to get darker. They had me wait only to bring out the exact same color wings. They did not refry a thing. Sad lost a customer for life. View menu

The fried okra was delicious and came in a generous portion, however, the chicken salad was lacking in vegetables with just one piece of cucumber, few tomatoes, and chicken, and was mostly comprised of iceberg lettuce. The salads were better in previous months.

Wings are fresh, crispy and hot even with delivery, but they’re extremely salty. Too salty to the point that my tongue is numb after trying only 4 wings… I ordered 4 different seasoning but can only tell them apart by sweet vs salty. I was really anticipated for this spot so this is a big disappointment…

Our family orders from AW about once a month. Their food is always fresh, well prepared and delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Decent food but the person taking the orders is brain challenged. The last two orders have been unapologetically incorrect and since we spend about $50 a visit, my expectation is that they get it right. Neither she nor the manager apologized and acted as if the were entitled to get my money. TFOOH. These dollars take a lot to come by and I work hard to get any of them. Think I'll look at American Deli next time. Presumptive and ridiculous.

This place is just okay. The flavor of the wings were good but I ordered the flaming hot and they were hot without the flaming. But my biggest complaint was the size of these wings. These were the smallest wings I've had in a long time. So though the price seemed good, you get little for your money. I gave 3 stars simply because the jalapeno poppers were actually quite good. Otherwise the wings are 2 to 3 stars and far from amazing. If you're looking for amazing wings, they're not here.Parking: Plenty of parking because I was the only one there.
