"I hope it was just a bad day. a large part of the menu was not available. our new waiter was alone and fought to remind us of our drink and dinner order and send our food order to the kitchen. after an hour (thank you we are patient), we have not yet our soft drinks and tee or the appetizers we have ordered. when we got to eat, the rice was very boiled/hard, but the aromen were good. my hope is that they are able to win and keep employees, their hands on their special food goods, and have enough people / food / customer service to ensure that there is the great Cajun eating experience we have loved for years."
