"I've visited this place a few times for takeout slices, and the pizza is consistently excellent. The secret lies in their dough, which is fantastic. The crust is crisp, has a perfect chew, and is full of flavor—you simply can't make great pizza without good dough like this. This visit, I tried what might be a new pizza called Roja (or Rojas?), alongside a sausage pepperoni slice that I've had before. Both were outstanding; the Rojas was particularly unique—I’ve never seen or tasted anything like it before. It had a slight spiciness and a wonderful new flavor combination. My only wish is that they would offer mushroom pie slices. They do have other meatless options, like white broccoli slices and, of course, plain cheese, although that's just a personal preference. Regardless, these guys make fantastic pizza, and the other dishes look appealing too. Since I work nearby, I’ll definitely keep coming back from time to time."
