"First things first I want to apologize to the staff here because I was here yesterday and got a little cranky and a bit rude over something that was entirely the Slice apps fault and not Sal's. Sorry about that. You all are great! The pizza here is just absolutely fantastic, the service is always great, the food never takes long unless I order on the busiest day of the year like a ?. Seriously, I think this is the best pizza in Charlotte.Expect them to be busy on super bowl Sunday and don't get cranky about it like i did because that's dumb."

Great pizza by the slice. Veggie is my favorite, crispy crust, lots of cheese and toppings, not greasy at all. Will keep coming back.

Expensive and the ladies at the counter in here putting cold pepperonis on fresh cheese pizza with there bare hands and no lie she did it, had pepperoni grease all over her fingers and went to the next task without washing her hands.

I want to write about three paragraphs on how great this pizza is. It is awesome. However If there is an afterlife, and they make garlic knots, these are the knots that they would make in that afterlife. Everything is soooooooo perfect. View menu

The pizza was on point. Nice flavors, sauce was good, just the right amount of grease. This is pretty close to home, and I've been in Charlotte for awhile looking for good pizza. I think we found our spot when we're on that side of town.

Big NY style slices and great taste. Got 2 cheese slices and a pepperoni sausage slice for my ride back home to Gastonia for dinner. Gonna be my go-to pizza spot in Charlotte from now on!Parking: Plenty of parking. I went at 4:30 on a Wednesday and had no trouble with finding a spot.

Yum! First experience with sal?s pizza factory and will be back to try everything on the menu. Ordered the bruschetta pizza and found out they know what the heck they are doing it is delicious! Crisped up so not soggy all the flavors come through. The woman who took my order and helped me upon arrival was a delight and walked me through all the choices for pizza by the slice which will be the way I will try the rest View menu

Thought i was in a playground not sure if it’s new management or what . Kids running around your feet kicking the walls and in the door as you’re leaving . Small orders taking forever . People not uniform wearing other restaraunts shirts to serve you behind the counter . Yea it’s going down used to frequent here often if this continues i won’t . And my cheesesteak bread might as well have been a crostini . Very disappointed

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but I’m perplexed by the positive reviews and the apparent adoration from New Yorkers. The customer service was decent, and the garlic knots were tasty, even if they didn’t taste completely fresh. However, I’m not sure if it was just an off day or if there was something off with the pizza dough. The Hawaiian pizza I tried was the blandest I’ve ever had—it was overly chewy and appeared to lack marinara sauce. To be honest, I’d prefer to go to Domino’s or Blaze instead.

"My friends and I were enjoying a beautiful night in South End and one of them had found this place online. So we stopped by for a drink. Wow! Gorgeous place! The interior design gave me the warm, welcoming feeling of being at The Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville SC- upscale, but unpretentious, inviting, and fun. We were immediately welcomed by the bartenders who talked to us about their different beers and kombuchas. We ordered a couple of flights to sample as many as we could and sat down to play Jenga in one of their many seating areas. Our spot was 2 old leather couches flanking a gorgeous wooden coffee table. So relaxing and sociable. I’ve never been in a brew pub with so much greenery (ferns and other foliage adorn and drape from the rafters filling corners and crannies around the room), natural wood, and light! Another great feature was a floor-to-ceiling wall cabinet filled with really cool things. The beers were unique and fun to try. The vibe is worth the visit even if you don’t love beer. I enjoyed a glass of prosecco and loved learning about and sampling the other beverages. They also have a great outdoor space for gathering where dogs are welcome. My sense is this place was designed for building community, which is something we all need more of. Turn off your cellphones and come here to meet people, pet dogs, and enjoy a great experience!"
