"I called to make a pick-up order. The young lady asked me to hold for a moment. That moment lasted over 20 minutes. I could hear her interactions with the in-store customers and determined that the location was busy. When I arrived at the Carson location I informed the young lady that I was still on hold and had been on hold for almost 22 minutes (21 minutes and 52 seconds) trying to make an order. She simply said, may I take your order. I thought it odd that there was no apology. An apology goes a long way.I am still waiting on my order that I paid for at 1:55 pm and it is now 2:32 and still not ready.Food came out at 2:35pm and was cold. Apparently it had been sitting for a while.So irritated with this place. It is always the same here."
