The food was delicious, featuring a great variety of options for kids. However, the service could be improved. Overall, everything else met my expectations. Food rating: 4/5.

Overall, my experience was wonderful. The waiter was prompt in taking our orders and serving our meals. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the baked potato, which was the highlight. I would definitely rate it a 5 out of 5 and will definitely come back.

Wow, the NORMS SPECIAL STEAK DINNER, particularly the chef's special cut, is something you absolutely have to try at NORMS. Just a heads up, this place can get pretty busy on Sundays! The manager, Samantha, is delightful as well. On the menu, I definitely recommend the Steak Dinner for $16.99, but they also have an amazing dinner special for only $9.99. As someone from the East Coast, my visit to NORMS was a refreshing experience. The restaurant boasts an extensive menu with a wide range of options. It reminded me of IHOP, as it offers a breakfast menu in addition to soups and sandwiches. They also serve ribs, which seem to be one of their signature offerings. I chose the Cajun chicken sandwich, and it definitely met my expectations. I opted for tater tots as my side. Their beverage selection includes various Pepsi products. I had no issues during my visit to NORMS, so if you're in the area, I highly recommend checking it out. Plus, it's very affordable!

Absolutely delicious and the service was excellent Kimberli was our server and she was extremely attentive and welcoming. I had been craving their buttermilk pancakes for a good while now and if I want great moist pancakes definitely Norms is the place to go. Mom and I enjoyed our dining experience here atmosphere is pleasant and their food is delicious and prices are reasonable for the portions their serve you! Staff here is super welcoming waiting was under 5 min and an ease to find parking! I called to make a pick-up order. The young lady asked me to hold for a moment. That moment lasted over 20 minutes. I could hear her interactions with the in-store customers and determined that the location was busy. When I arrived at the Carson location I informed the young lady that I was still on hold and had been on hold for almost 22 minutes (21 minutes and 52 seconds) trying to make an order. She simply said, may I take your order. I thought it odd that there was no apology. An apology goes a long way.I am still waiting on my order that I paid for at 1:55 pm and it is now 2:32 and still not ready.Food came out at 2:35pm and was cold.
