"Ordered more than $100.00 of food. Received a call saying that I had to pay 15% gratuity. Then picked up my order, drove home and was missing an order of sweet and sour chicken. Called. Was told “I’m sorry. I can write you down for one for the next time you order. “ I told them no, that I needed it tonight for my guest who ordered it. I was told there is nothing we can do. We cannot refund you the 18.00 gratuity for forgetting my food that I now have to come pick up and they could not give it to me for free if I was coming to get it. Hmmm… I feel that is pretty terrible customer service. Yes, I should have checked the bags before I left. But… there is a ticket and you should put everything in the bag. I am really disappointed in the guy on the phone- there is NOTHING we can do."

"I've been to this location maybe 10 times haven't had a bad burger. Their burgers are big, messy, and awesome. I usually go with the 4 Alarm Fire burger, but went with the Sweet Smokey BBQ Burger today. It's a fantastic burger with cheddar, bacon, house made onion straws, and house made BBQ sauce. When you order, make sure to opt for the spicy ranch. The burger is great as-is, but adding the spicy ranch opened it up to a whole other level. Also, opt for the extra crispy fries. "The only reason I’m not giving a five-star rating is that the burgers were cooked far too well done. For those of us who prefer our beef less cooked, extra well-done burgers are quite off-putting, and they masked the flavor of what could have been a beautifully grilled burger. To the owner: With the clearly high-quality ground beef you use, why are the burgers cooked to such a degree? Customers at a burger joint, just like those at a steakhouse, should have the option to order their burgers according to their preferences. Cooking it extra well done ruins a good steak, and it does the same to a good burger. I've noticed several other reviews mentioning this issue as well. We'll give it another try, but unfortunately, if we encounter another round of overcooked burgers, we may not become regulars."
