"I usually order my pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. Every time I get my pizza, it is hot and super fresh. I can tell the dough was made that day and tastes fresh. Every pizza I get from Guido's has the proper chew and proper thickness to make every pizza super delicious!!! I got Garlic Bread tonight and it was better than a lot of garlic bread I have ever had. Worth the price and I will be getting all my pizza from Guido's!!!"

"BEWARE! Food poisoning from the tuna salad made with the yogurt. Horrific past 2 days and definitely intoxicated by this meal. Al's was once upon a time a great restaurant. Ate there for 10 years+ and never an issue. I just heard the owner, who used to run it himself, sold the restaurant this past summer to hands-off investors. NEVER AGAIN! NOT A GOOD START FOR THESE FOLKS. I guess Subway or some other gig may be moving in soon b/c this won't last."

"Pizza is amazing. Pricing is good. But the wait time is ridiculous. But I guess everything good takes time. I ordered two jumbo pizzas and I went to pick them up and the delivery took my order to the wrong house andi had to wait until they came back with my order. "It was ok. The people there are friendly. The pizza was good when it was fresh. Not too much to write home about after reheated, got garlic bread and it was just half loads of bread with some butter and garlic salt, could have done that myself at home better, and they don't even cut it so it just made for a mess of crumbs and oil at the end of the day. I would have given 3 stars but I try to support local companies. They should take this as constructive criticism and try to do better, I like to see local businesses stuck around."

"I go to House of Pizza every Thursday around 2:00 p.m. . It's a nice place for me to grab a quick slice and a drink while my mother is next door at Sarah's salon getting her hair done. You can go pretty much around any corner and you'll find another place to get a pizza. I am by no means a connoisseur but I do know what I like. I enjoy his pizza very much but would appreciate if he had fountain drinks instead of canned and bottle drinks to go with it. That being said what I enjoy about this place is that the owner Pasquale always engages me in conversation asking how are my mother and I are doing. That to me somebody who cares about their customers. I'm not a local, I drive here to bring my mother to get her hair done. There's a sign on his door today that says he won't be open for a while as he's recovering from surgery. My best wishes to him for a speedy recovery and a profitable future. Remember people support your local businesses. The chain stores make enough money. These are hard-working Americans, just like you and me, that deserve our support."

"Just discovered this little gem of a local family run Italian restaurant. Classic mom and pop Italian food for a reasonable price. My first time there and will come back. Learned that this place has been around since 1971 and the father had passed away 7 months ago but his daughter has continued on. We had a large party of 22 and they set us up at two long tables. The staff was very friendly and handled the large group with ease. Never once did I have to ask for a drink refill as they were on top of it. The minestrone soup was good and the pasta was also good. Portions were decent and the prices were very reasonable. What was a real surprise and treat was their pizza. Growing up in Chicago, I have missed the traditional taste of a thin crust Chicago pizza. The sweetness of the sauce and the crust brought back memories of all the great neighborhood pizza places I grew up with in Chicago. If your looking for a real traditional thin crust Chicago pizza, try Caruso's! We will be back for more!!"

"The food is consistently good, but the service leaves much to be desired. It tends to be extremely slow and inconsistent. I've had orders canceled unexpectedly on Slice, and even though I get notified that my order is ready, I still end up waiting another 15-25 minutes when I arrive. They also often run out of essential items. While the food is enjoyable, there are other local places where the experience is less of a hassle, making it hard to justify returning here."
