"I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and excellent service! The summer special menu features some fantastic dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-staffed the wait team was; they had several experienced waitresses managing about a dozen tables during Saturday lunch, along with training two new hires. This level of staffing is impressive compared to many other restaurants these days! I hope they are attracting new applicants with fair wages and benefits, as it seems they have a great team right now. This really enhances the overall experience, which is becoming increasingly rare. "The restaurant itself is nice, the employees are awesome, and you get a lot of food for your money, but unfortunately the food sure isn't great. Most of the food I would say is somewhere between fast food quality and frozen tv dinner. Might be fine if you want to get alcohol but there's absolutely no reason to come here just for the food. The food is a 2 star but I threw in a extra star because they did include chips and salsa with my togo meal and I'm glad they did because that was by far the best food out of the whole meal."

"For all the times I was here, I had a bad experience. I have even seen that failures happen in the restaurant and it is always supervised with professional behavior and kindness. Even if it's just a falling glass or a food defect. This is said, personally I never had an order wrong, even if I asked for a change or something extra. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are personal and do not treat customers like a number. They take care of you with a smile and even if you can see that they are tired, they act with professional friendliness. It is important to them to do a good job and the food tastes amazing! Absolutely fresh and hot food that always makes a wonderful impression. The Enchiladas are so delicious I could get them every time I go. The queso fresco is always fresh and good. Just an amazing place to eat in total."

"I absolutely love this place. The staff are hardworking and treat me like family. I wish I could rate them higher than a 5, they deserve a 10! Steve, one of the managers, is always kind, thoughtful, and generous. Rafael has been my go-to guy for over 7 years now. He serves, bartends, hosts, runs food - he does it all. OTB east is like my own personal "Cheers" and I feel right at home when I walk in. Rafael knows me so well that he has my favorite extras ready for me before I even sit down. My friends and family have always been impressed by the service and the delicious food at this amazing place. It's my favorite spot to eat in all of Wichita.
