"I stopped by, as usual, for the legendary beef tacos, and once again, both the food and service were top-notch—definitely deserving of a five-star rating. However, I couldn't help but notice the incredible graffiti art on a nearby wall at this location. I took a moment to snap a few pictures because, for those who aren't familiar, graffiti isn't just random scribbling; it's a form of art and one of the four elements of Hip Hop culture."

"I just finished enjoying a pizza topped with pesto sauce, chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and your three-cheese blend, and WOW, what an amazing pie! You really know what you're doing! The fresh ingredients, flavorful pesto sauce, and incredible crust, baked to perfection, all stood out. Every flavor was distinct and balanced, although I could have used a bit more sun-dried tomato. This was a home run! It’s definitely one of the best pizzas we've ever had, and the service was excellent, too. We will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"I am not from Michigan and was not familiar with the area. My dad and I were thrilled to discover this restaurant on the side of the highway that wasn’t a typical fast food chain. The woman who took our order was incredibly kind and helpful, and kids outside at the picnic tables were chatting with us about the community. Apart from a few kids on bikes, we were the only ones there in a car. While we were still eating our food, a man very rudely asked if our black car (a rental) belonged to us. When we confirmed, he bluntly told us to move our car immediately and not take up three parking spots. However, the parking lot was completely empty at 3:00pm on a Thursday, and there were no designated parking spots marked. We apologized for not realizing, but he continued to be aggressive about moving the car, even though we were sitting right next to it. I'm not sure what his issue was, but he displayed poor customer service and didn't care if we could finish our meal in the empty lot before moving our car. Unfortunately, this encounter marred what had otherwise been an enjoyable experience, including celebrating my dad's 67th birthday with a banana malt. I advise against spending money at this establishment, as you may be treated poorly by the owner who lacks proper hospitality skills. It's a shame that such delicious food is overshadowed by the problematic behavior of the owner."

"My experience was rather average—nothing outstanding, to be honest. On the bright side, the service was quite good. The lady at the counter was very courteous and attentive. It was unusual to find the restaurant completely empty at 6:00 p.m.; there were only two staff members present: her and a cook, which felt odd. I'm not sure how they can remain open with such low foot traffic. I hope they begin to attract more customers soon."

"Extremely disappointing experience. Our food arrived so cold we could feel it through the packaging, and it looked like it had been left out for hours. The buns were dry and fell apart the moment we unwrapped the burgers. The fries resembled shriveled green beans drenched in uncooked oil inside the bag. We were missing three of the specialty fries we ordered, which cost over $8. The drinks were flat with no carbonation. We paid nearly $100 this time. We likely won’t return to this location, especially since during a visit just days earlier, we never received the potato casseroles we ordered with our $115 meal. It’s far too expensive for food that even McDonald's would be embarrassed to serve."

"I would not ever eat here again. I would not refer anyone to eat here again. The bacon cheeseburger took all of 4 minutes to get out to my table. I do not know what kind of meat cooks that fast and is burnt and dry but I'm sure it's something it was warmed up in a microwave and with a slap of cheese on it and two pieces of bacon that chipped a tooth. The waitress offered for me to have another one made which I declined and they still charged me for it. I ordered a cheese steak and chicken teriyaki to go I'm praying the chicken teriyaki is better than the cheeseburger but they did not give me cheese steak they gave me cheese sticks. Stay away from this place."

"I ordered a double burger and Cajun fries, but instead I received a single burger and cold, soggy fries that were completely lacking Cajun seasoning. Fortunately, I checked my order before heading home. When I went back to request a refund, the owner, Harry, had the management team on the phone with him because they didn't have an efficient system in place for processing refunds, even for online orders. Now I'm left to trust their assurance that I'll get my refund in a few hours, as they don’t even have a way to provide a receipt for it at the store. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and it seems that this kind of issue is not uncommon at Dickey's BBQ Pit and their other ghost kitchens."

"My friends and I walked in at 8pm believing they closed at 9 since that’s what their schedule said. We got there and off the bat the waitress told us hi just letting y’all know you have a little time to eat because we’re about to close so we’re like okay, we get our food and we begin to eat, not even 4 bites in she brings us the check and she comes back right after when she sees we’re not taking our card/cash out and grabs the check and goes “please we need the payment now” so we have to stop our eating to figure out who’s card we are paying with and then we give her one she comes back asks us if we need one or two boxes to go and she kept saying sorry but giggling almost out of nervousness but still didn’t appreciate being rushed out of there as I am eating and basically being told what to do while I’m eating in such a rush abrupt way and it’s not like we only paid $40 it was a $100 order we got to just get rushed out and not even enjoy fully. We were out the door by 8:24. Never going back again."
