"It's hard to imagine being a cook and sending out an order like this, looking at it, wrapping it up, and handing it over to a paying customer. It's laughable that they tried to salvage it, but it still tasted burnt. I’m sure you are typically a great restaurant, but today didn’t reflect that at all—at least not for me. I don't want to harm your rating because I dislike people who do that, but I believe it’s important to share my honest experience so that future customers won’t receive an inedible meal."
