"it wasn't bad. the burgers could have been cooked better. they were edible, but strongly shrunk and almost carburized. I expected more ridden in a big order. the chicken pliers were good. they were not salty or overcooked. the hot dogs were fresh and the whole brot, which was accompanied with one of the sandwiches, was fresh and was not weighed or soggy in sauce or seasoned. positive experience. it is a good alternative to travel to ci if you want nathans."

The saddest hotdog I’ve ever had. I think my storebought sausages at home are better ? View menu

The taste that take me back. Must stop here although I don't think it is as good like years ago.

If you're in the mood for a hot dog, Nathan's Famous Citigo is my favorite spot. It is definitely the top Nathan's hot dog restaurant in New York City. View menu

Could you please update your opening hours? We arrived for a tour at 8pm, only to be told that the restaurant was already closed. It was a waste of our time.

I was disappointed to find out that even though the restaurant's advertised closing time is 9pm, at 6pm the lady working there told me they were already closed.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
