"Another minor frustration was that while we waited in line, we could help ourselves to drinks. This was great in theory, but there was no ice available, leaving our drinks warm. When I mentioned this to a staff member, they appeared a bit annoyed but did manage to refill the ice within a couple of minutes, so it wasn’t a major issue. Their reaction might have stemmed from trying to juggle multiple tasks. It would be a good idea to install ice machines near the drink dispensers to prevent running out; it could be a worthwhile investment.
However, once we finally made it inside, moved through the line, and got a cold drink, the food was, as always, fantastic. I ordered one of their burgers, which was delicious and made me wish I could have a second one, even though I knew I couldn't manage it. My wife opted for her favorite, the pulled pork plate. Although she couldn't eat much due to her illness, she enjoyed what she was able to.
Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant."
