"**Pizza Review**
If you’re simply looking for a bite to eat, you might want to skip this. However, please note that my thoughts may not reflect the rest of the menu! Firstly, I have to commend the management and staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pizza I tried didn’t have a traditional taste (it didn’t resemble New York, Neapolitan, Chicago styles, or any classic variety) and instead reminded me more of what you'd find at a typical chain restaurant. This was surprising, especially considering that "Italian Cafe Pizza" is part of the restaurant’s name.
I ordered a medium cheese pizza, and it lacked a fresh flavor, particularly in the sauce and crust. The sauce was excessively sweet—not in a tomato-rich way, but rather like it had sugar added to it, and there was an unpleasant bitter undertone from the oregano. The crust, too, left much to be desired; it tasted frozen and had a dense, crumbly texture that reminded me of stale, old bread.
I might be open to trying other dishes on their menu, but I doubt I’ll return to this place when I'm craving a slice of pizza in the future."
