"The soups are impressive, particularly if you're a fan of them. While I'm not typically a soup person, I discovered a few flavors that I really enjoyed, with the chicken tortilla soup being my favorite. They offer fresh toppings and quality ingredients. The food can be good if you find a flavor you like. I also tried the sandwiches once; they were nothing remarkable, but the ingredients were good and the bread was adequate. A nice perk of dining in is the unlimited breadsticks that come with any soup, which is definitely a highlight. Overall, the food is tasty, but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. To management: if you're reading this, please consider updating your restaurant. The current look is quite off-putting for first-time visitors and could be a significant deterrent."

We visited the Northeast location, which is more of a kitchen than a restaurant. However, the gentleman who took our takeout order was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

I was so excited to have eddington's back in the Minneapolis skyway but its mediocre. The soups seemed bland a flourish. The location is awkward. The breadsticks were not as great as I remember either. Probably won't go again. View menu

Tried the new location in downtown Minneapolis as I too remember their store in the old Pillsbury Center. Meh. And they don 't accept cash. And here I thought that whole This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private actually meant something. Also, there are several, much better soup shops within a block of the place.

I frequently arrange catering for my office, and it's common for us to encounter very late deliveries. However, that was not the case with Eddington’s. Our order of chili and breadsticks for 125 people arrived ahead of schedule! The food was hot, well-packaged, and complete with everything we needed. The owner personally delivered our order, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend Eddington’s and plan to place another order with them in the future.
