"I have been a regular customer at this location for years, but I must express my deep frustration with the decline in service. Last night, I ordered two turkey sandwiches only to find that they were completely devoid of any meat when I got home. While placing my order, Jose seemed quite distracted, but I attributed this to fatigue since he appeared to be assembling the sandwiches correctly.
Upon realizing the mistake, I attempted to return to the restaurant, but it was already closed. This morning, I called to notify the staff about the issue and to request replacements for the sandwiches. Jose answered the phone, and when I explained the situation, he coldly instructed me to bring them back, showing no remorse or understanding. He didn’t even consider whether I had disposed of the sandwiches after 15 hours had passed since my purchase. His only solution was for me to return them.
When I asked for a manager, he falsely claimed to be one and hung up when I requested to speak to the store manager. This level of deceit and rudeness is unacceptable! I called back and spoke to a shift leader, who confirmed that Jose has only been with the company for a week and is not a manager at all.
It’s disheartening to see this business, which started off on such a positive note, begin to falter due to poor service and unprofessional staff. I urge you to address this issue before it becomes another example of a business that fails to thrive in our community. Mistakes can happen, but the way Jose handled my request, including hanging up on a calm and respectful customer, reflects poorly on your establishment.
