One of the best sandwiches I have had near my work.Highly recommend the Original Italian. Oozing with flavor and drippings from the sandwich.Ordering at the counter was fast and friendly.

I'll usually stop in here while getting my car washed next door. Sandwiches seem fresh and are pretty tasty. Service has always been good. Not the most comfortable place to sit in for an extended period of time, but more than sufficient while eating a sandwich. View menu

The staff was very nice, and it was very clean.Knuckie's is just expensive for the amount of meat they put in the bread. Also, I prefer to see the garnish items like at other sandwich shops rather than look at them on a menu. But the pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes were really fresh!

If you love hoagies, this is the place to go! I ordered the #12 Original Italian and boy was it delicious. Get it loaded! The bread was soft and tasty! Also, get yourself a side of banana pudding…it was fluffy! I ordered through Foodsby to be delivered to my office in Alpharetta, GA. The ingredients are fresh but I have a few issues with this order. I ordered a BLT and added pickles, mustard and cucumbers. The order arrived without the pickles, which is not that big of a deal. However, this hoagie had a ton of lettuce, two thin slices of bacon and a few thin tomatoes. It was mostly bread and lettuce, which does not make much of a lunch for $13. View menu

This restaurant is poorly managed and offers at best mediocre food. The ownership doesn’t pay their employees what was promised, and checks are frequently short. The establishment is rarely open, and the owner seems to think that firing staff is the solution. If they actually compensated their employees fairly, perhaps those employees would be more motivated to work hard. It’s disheartening to see people take advantage of young workers who may not realize that these practices are not only unethical but also illegal.

The food at this restaurant is decent but not exceptional, and I’ve experienced better service at other establishments. Unfortunately, the owner has a habit of belittling his staff in front of customers and has a know-it-all demeanor. Neither I nor anyone I know will be coming back here, and I would recommend avoiding the place as well. It was disheartening to see one of the employees doing her best to hold back tears while the owner remained indifferent. Additionally, I noticed that they do not clean the slicers between different types of meat, which could be a serious issue for those with allergies or religious dietary restrictions.

I have been a regular customer at this location for years, but I must express my deep frustration with the decline in service. Last night, I ordered two turkey sandwiches only to find that they were completely devoid of any meat when I got home. While placing my order, Jose seemed quite distracted, but I attributed this to fatigue since he appeared to be assembling the sandwiches correctly. Upon realizing the mistake, I attempted to return to the restaurant, but it was already closed.
