"The only good thing is we got seated for our reservation on time. Everything else was a mixed bag of outcomes. We ordered the Valentine’s Day meal. We waited for 15 minutes before any attendant approached us. During that time, we watched several couples unseat themselves and leave the restaurant. We stayed, finally ordered, then waited an additional 30 minutes for our food. The food received was a mix of very overcooked lobster tail and very undercooked steak and salmon. Not good for Valentine’s Day and the price paid for the meal. Service was slow, inaccurate and very casual for what is billed as an upscale dining experience. I am ashamed to tell people that I took my date there for Valentine’s Day dining."
